Privacy Policy
Effective: July 2026. This policy explains what information Autism Family Support of Florida collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Autism Family Support of Florida is a Florida-based education and family-navigation service founded by Jessica Mullis. It helps families of autistic children understand the paperwork, insurance, benefits, and systems involved in getting their child support. You can reach us at the contact address below.
The short version
- We collect only what we need to send you what you asked for and to run the service.
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- Our services are for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information from or about a child.
- You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time.
What we collect
- When you join the waitlist or newsletter: your email address, and optionally your first name and where you are in your journey. You choose whether to give the optional details.
- If you create an account or make a purchase (membership, courses, toolkits): the information needed to set up your account and process your order. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, and we do not store your full card number on our systems.
- When you use the site: basic, privacy-minded analytics (for example, which pages are visited) so we can improve the site. We keep this to what is necessary.
- When you contact us: the information you choose to include in your message.
What we do with it

We never share your information with data brokers or advertisers for their own marketing.
Your family's information
We treat your family's information, and anything you share about your child, as confidential. You keep ownership of your own documents. We ask that you avoid sending sensitive details about your child unless it is necessary for the help you have requested.
Children's privacy
Our services and this site are intended for parents, caregivers, and other adults, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
